We designed, engineered, and commissioned a comprehensive Loxone automation infrastructure for a high-end residential property in East Legon. The client required a truly integrated smart living environment that would eliminate the clutter of fragmented controls and provide effortless, autopilot operation. By deploying the robust Loxone Miniserver as the central intelligence hub, our engineering team connected every electrical and mechanical subsystem into a single, cohesive network. The resulting installation delivers elevated convenience, enhanced safety, and optimal energy efficiency tailored to the residents' daily lifestyle.

Smart Lighting & Automated Shading

The Loxone installation features a versatile smart lighting system paired with automated motorized shading across all living spaces and exterior grounds. Ambient lighting scenes are seamlessly pre-programmed for activities such as dining, entertaining, relaxing, or working, and can be activated with a single tap on elegant Loxone Touch switches or through automatic presence sensors. Motorized blinds and curtains are synchronized with daylight availability and the sun's trajectory, automatically adjusting throughout the day to harvest natural light, minimize glare, and maintain indoor thermal comfort while eliminating unnecessary energy consumption.

Multi-Zone Climate & HVAC Automation

To ensure perfect indoor comfort year-round, we implemented an intelligent multi-zone climate control solution. Each room is monitored by precision temperature and humidity sensors that communicate directly with the Loxone Miniserver to govern the HVAC and air conditioning systems. The system intelligently regulates cooling schedules according to room occupancy and environmental conditions. When spaces are vacated, the climate system automatically enters energy-saving eco-mode, preventing wasteful over-cooling while ensuring immediate comfort the moment residents return.

Multi-Room Audio, Intercom & Access Control

The project incorporates a fully integrated audio and access control infrastructure powered by Loxone hardware. A multi-room audio distribution system allows residents to stream their favorite music, playlists, and radio across individual zones or the entire house with pristine acoustic clarity. At entry points, we installed a smart video intercom and NFC code access system, allowing secure keyless entry for family members and authorized staff. The system also doubles as an intelligent security alert network—in the event of intrusion, water leakage, or fire detection, the system flashes lights, sounds alarms, and delivers instant push notifications to the owner's phone.

Centralized Miniserver Control & Energy Management

At the heart of the East Legon residence is the Loxone Miniserver, which acts as the reliable brain overseeing every connected component. The entire property can be monitored and managed locally or remotely through the intuitive Loxone App on smartphones, tablets, or dedicated wall touchscreens. Operating on local processing, the system ensures maximum data privacy and uninterrupted autonomy even without an active internet connection. Integrated power monitoring continually tracks electrical loads and optimizes energy distribution, giving the client total visibility and control over utility consumption.
